I'm hoping to update this week on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. As you will notice (or already have noticed), I got a new puppy on Friday evening. Needless to say, I've been rather busy ever since. Meet Tundra... Tundra and his big brother, Cougar...

OOOOOO, Tundra you are in BIG trouble. What are you doing distracting John all weekend? You have been a BAD puppy. You need to go to John and sit on his lap and get a belly rub for as bad as you have been. Make sure not to bump his arm when he is drawing. I love the second photo with Cougar looking at Tundra with a "WTF is this thing?" look.

Hehe, I've been reading Sandusky since it started but I've always been too lazy to sign up for the boards but... cannot resist husky puppies! Wanna steal 'im. Of course, golden retrievers are the best, but huskies are almost as cute! Congratulations on adopting a new devil dog

OK, now I'm on lunch at work and can type more. Can I take a guess as to the new puppy John? With my extremely limited experience with dogs like Tundra and Cougar it's my observation is is good to have two or more so they can bounce off each other instead of you all the time. They do have a lot of energy. Either that or you are simply following the "One is good, two is better" approach. Or you couldn't find a talking Cougar. ;D Make sure Cougar doesn't teach Tundra to chew through electrical cables. Be sure to post videos when they play Tug-O-War together. That should be REALLY cute. Edit: BTW, I see you have green grass still. We have all this white stuff up here on the ground.

Don't forget to mention the below zero weather and the -30 wind chills. (Oh, brother, I sure hope it warms up in the 20s a little later this week like they say it's going to. )

Awwww, what's with the negativity Sierra? While I agree he does look like he belongs in a 1920's film, Bunker is making an honest attempt at looking good and it turned out rather well considering the range of possible outcomes. At least he didn't try to put gel in all of his fur and end up in a hairy body cast.

I agree, at least Bunker had some interest in what's going on. it's also good to see how the wedding is coming along thus far. Ashley looks pretty content. But then I think I'd be pretty content too if I was getting married to a man owning a mountain lion. XD

Just ask the "Boss" how that works...at least in my house. Oh, heh, I mean, her house.

But then I think I'd be pretty content too if I was getting married to a man owning a mountain lion. XD Agreed, Ashley seems to be enjoying herself. I've been to quite a few weddings with my large extended family. * Some tend to get all stressed out making sure everything is perfect and start forgetting what they are there for. * Others make a best effort to get things together and then spend the day enjoying what they went there for, to get married. The most important thing at the wedding is their spouse, not the flowers, not the cake, not the wedding photos. It is good to see that Ashley seems to belong in the latter category. Sierra seems to belong into the former category. I find Sierra to be the most serious character in the comic and it makes things very interesting. Or a man owned by a mountain lion? He is a cat after all. Just ask the "Boss" how that works...at least in my house. Oh, heh, I mean, her house. Depends on the cat. Some don't want the responsibility. They just want some good sunlight, a full water dish, food in the bowl, and bully rubs on demand. ;D

Hmmmm, well I guess perhaps Sandusky is that mean, though in a "trying to help" and/or "I don't wana be inside all day" kinda way. To quote Konami from "The Decline Of Video Gaming": "Why is plan B always the better one?" ;D

Kashmir made a good point in today's strip. For this kind of situation, you're better off using positive reinforcement rather than force to sway Achilles to get out and take in the fresh air again.

Now that I think about it more, a good first step would be to just open the window first and let some fresh air in. Second step would be to have dinner set outside so Achilles has to come out to get it.
