"Cat of the Dinner Table". ;D Quite an appropriate title for Sandusky. His skills at stalking pizza and french toast are legendary. Couldn't have said it any better myself.

Hmmm, it looks like Patroclus is Achilles "catnip buddy", poor cat looks like he had one too may playground bullies. But the nervous expression on his face is just too darling. I'm also very tempted to steal the little husky pup in the strip too.

Major laughs, there isn't anything else I can say about it. Hmmm, I wonder who is going to be Sir Patroclus minstrels? (Or am I getting ahead of things? ) *distraction* Oh hey, look everyone at the cute puppy.

Doesn't the round table song come almost immediately after this part? I wonder how THAT will go! >:3

OK so I was a little off. It's actually just a drawing. "....how we know the earth to be banana shaped." I would have LOVED to hear that conversation. Now that I think about it though, I wonder how well Sandusky can hear with that bucket on his head. I bet his head/fur is going to be bucket shaped for awhile after he takes it off. I've just noticed how large Mellencamp's ears are. Can't wait to see the chos that results if they do the "Cat-a-Lot" song. Though I'm still waiting to see who plays "the French". ;D

And, what are the "French" going to cat-a-pult at the big cats? I don't think just chucking livestock at a bunch of big cats is a great idea, either.

Oh my gosh, the possibilities are too numerous to list. What ARE they going to chuck at them? Vegetables would be a good candidate for ammunition. Are there any herbivores at the sanctuary?

Just a heads up, Monday's and Wednesday's pages will be uploaded together, but probably not until Tuesday or Wednesday. There was no way I could get what I wanted to get on just one page, and there was also no way I could separate the two pages. You'll see what I mean when they're posted.

Hmmmmm, wait. Perhaps we will be skipping the dancing and move onto "The Blessing". I wonder who will be "god"? One of the staff at the sanctuary bringing dinner? A box of Whoppers? A Squirrel in the tree?
Several possibilities.

LOL, I was wondering if the "Clapping prisoner" was going to be included. That cat looks a bit happier than the one in the movie. GAH! I CAN'T STOP READING THE COMIC TO THE CAMELOT SONG!!! I'm looking for subtleties in the comic and it's stuck in my head now. *Turns on some "Puddle of Mudd"* There. Looks like Sandusky did a good job as a choreographer. Those cats have their dancing down That drummer cat needs to realize that he needs to alternate and not beat on just that one poor cat. Talking about being "Unobserv-able" at night, this strip also reminds me of one thing about "cat stealth" that I learned back when I delivered newspapers, they do a terrible job of keeping themselves out of silhouette. Yes kitty it may be nice and dark where you are sitting, but there is a street light behind you and I can see you plain as day. Moving 3' to the side isn't going to change that. Even better is when you have a flashlight and their eyes stand out like a beacon. The absolutely cutest thing is seeing a cat trying to be stealthy when it's fur is not even close to matching the environment. Kinda feel sorry for that black cat trying to blend in during the winter and catch rabbits. I do have to say that I think that your ending is better than the one in the original. The ending in the original was sudden and didn't flow well like yours does. That and it's just so freaking cute. I don't know why so many people have problems with the cat leaving birds on the mat. The cat is simply showing that it sees you as the alpha. Not to mention it is a good way to get rid of small pests. When our cats did this when I was little you just got a spade and put it in the trash can and Nickers would get some petting. No big deal. I certainly agree John that there was no way for you to condense or split this. It was well worth the wait. I can't wait to see "The Blessing". /Yes, I have been hitting "F5" all day.

I can definitely agree with the first paragraph. We absolutely love it when one of our cats "gets" something. Our youngest cat becomes so happy when she successfully makes a kill-- so it's worth seeing cat's excitement when that happens. Plus, think of how much effort a cat has to put into making a kill sometimes. My, oh, my. Take a gander at those cute lil musical kitty cats. They should be on that broadway musical. ........*purses mouth shut*.............*shakes with unbridled, bottled up excitement*.............. Oh! It's no use! I can't hold back! I must glady announce that I AM GOING TO BE A HUSKY MOMMY!!!!!!
