He He ;D, you were so cute you two. How did Scott know that was Sierra in the photo? Or did he go back and edit it when they figured out Sierra and Bunker were siblings? You can always tell what photos are of me in the family photo album (More like a box with photos in it.) I'm the one with the squinty eyes.

Cougar used to howl at it all the time. Now he usually just avoids it. But sometimes he'll still howl at it. Tundra barks at it from time to time, but he usually just follows me around to make sure I don't suck up something he didn't want me to. When he and Ashley realized that Bunker and Sierra were siblings, they searched through some of their old photos and found it. While I don't have any photos of Cougar before 6 months of age (he was a Humane Society rescue), I do have several of Tundra with his siblings (even though Tundra was sort of a rescue, as well). I'm sure I'd do the same thing if I ever ended up marrying somebody who had one of Tundra's siblings.

You know what? I actually have something to admit to you guys. Gardie has been missing since the end of July. To make a long story short, my mom let him out one day and Gardie often liked to play with our neighbor's black lab next door. Then just a few minutes later she is calling his name and Garide does not come back. Bottom line, I think someone took our pup. With that being said, I hope you continue to keep your two handsome dogs safe and loved, John, and also to continue posting your amazing strips.

Oh my, that's horrible. Was Gardie chipped so that the thief might get caught if they take Gardie to the vet? You're of course keeping in touch with the humane society to see if he happens to show up there? That is so sad to hear. *hug* Even though it's been a couple of months I really hope Gardie makes it back to you.

Yes, we have. We have even posted adds offering a reward for a safe return also. Don't you just love how brave some little kittens can be when they are younger? Our youngest little kitty that we have now used to climb up the leg of our pants if she wanted something. And believe me, those little claws can HURT.

And believe me, those little claws can HURT. Have you tried wearing loose fitting pants? That seems to help the "hurt" part and at least give them a challenge when climbing. As for the comic, I saw that little "bump" in the second frame and figured it had to be Sandusky. ;D How can you get mad at that cute kitty Bunker?

I'm going to be out of town for the next few days, so Sandusky won't be appearing on Monday. I still plan on having two strips next week. It's just that the first one probably won't appear until Wednesday.
That sucks to hear about Gardie, Cougarhearted. Fortunately, my back yard is surrounded by a six foot block wall, so people aren't likely to be able to steal dogs in our area. I do have a co-worker whose little dog got out of her back yard a couple of months ago and hasn't been seen since. I guess I'm lucky that my boys are too big to squeeze through those types of openings any more.

OK, maybe no new strip until Thursday. Maybe I can finish it Wednesday night. I'll eventually post some pictures from my weekend trip, as well.
Sorry!

Trouble Brewing. ;D Little Sandusky probably won't scratch her up any more than any other cat. Though Scott will have some splaining to do.

My thoughts exactly. Either Scott's sister is totally going to freak out that her older brother has a cougar cub or out of sheer excitement Sandusky will constantly be clinging onto her like he did to Ashley the first time he saw her. (Because I remember an earlier strip mentioning that Sandusky get clingy to visitors because Scott does not get that much company. XD XD ) Then again, there are a whole arrangement of scenarios that could occur with this strip.

Awwwwww! Look at the wee little mini me Sandusky! I just want to cuddle him. ;D Though, I'm not really surprised by Scott's sister's reaction either. XD (Was it Sarah again, to refresh my memory?)
