AWWWWW You are just so darned cute both of you. I just wanna let you guys sit in my lap. Gonna have to go over to my brothers this weekend for kitty time. I don't know about that once a month thing John, You're improved so much as time as passed who knows where you'll be in 5 years. Do you know how bad I want to go on a rollercoaster now after you said that? ROFL!!! I could make room in the work pickup for you to ride along. There are some decent divots on the eastbound on Highway 10, if you hit them at a decent clip it's quite fun. They fixed the big one in I-29 southbound that would send your car into the air. Didn't tighten my seat-belt once and hit the roof. Fun times.

I completely agree. John's talents as an artist never cease to amaze me. He is EXTREMELY fortunate to have such a gift.

And with that, I'll add that Scott and Ashley never fail to be astounded by their four legged kids either. XD it's quite amazing and preplexing as to what wonders a cardboard box and a sharpie pen can do for a bored and inquisitive cougar and husky.

Thanks! He really wishes he weren't color blind. That would make things a whole lot easier. Not to mention a bored and inquisitive 6 year old blonde kid and his stuffed tiger. Calvin's mom and dad were always astounded, as well. Thanks! I'll admit that I wasn't quite expecting the amount of donations I've received, so I wasn't really prepared to be working 5 days a week through my Disney vacation and beyond. I ended up stringing the cardboard box plot line along a bit more than I'd originally intended. Up until Wednesday and Thursday (obviously), it helped save me a good bit of time. Now I know how many newspaper cartoonists are able to hit all of those deadlines. And they don't even color their stuff!

Thanks! He really wishes he weren't color blind. That would make things a whole lot easier. Just do what I do with my lack of depth perception. I just get it close enough and someone will let me know if I'm off. You do do a superb job of coloring your comics though. You do a better job of coloring stuff that I do at catching things. I figured you had to be thinking that as the counter climbed. At least you didn't promise a comic for every $10 you received. Isn't it good to know your work is appreciated? Perhaps you should maintain a "buffer" like some people do.

Thanks! He really wishes he weren't color blind. That would make things a whole lot easier. I never knew that. As for today's strip, at least Scott and Ashley can rest assured that they know there's at least one thing Sierra and Dusker AREN'T doing-being different species and such. First, neither of them would do such a thing and if they were doing something naughty, Bunker would have blabbed by now.

Hey John! I am absolutely *loving* this surreal story arc! Keep up the good, and somewhat twisted, work!

ARRRGGG!!! I had wanted to leave a comment earlier this morning but it kept saying the internal server was busy!!! >:(Anyway, now that I'm on one of the campus computers, I'm a happy camper now. Oh dear lord... those snowmen that Calvin crafted are made of pure win. When I was younger and reading the Calvin and Hobbes comics, I've always wanted to make snowmen like that, I just never got around to it. But now that I think about it, I highly doubt I would have had the skill to anyway. XD And speaking of "cold" (since Sierra metioned it in todays strip), how's the weather treating you in GF Crosshair? I think we are a good couple degrees above zero here today; but tomorrow it's supposed to get up to about 30 and reamain in the low to high 30's for quite a few days. After that, I SINCERELY hope and pray that it stays like that. This month, I feel like mother nature just couldn't make up her mind as to what kind of weather she should give to us. Like, for example: for a couple of days, we get temps well below zero with some pretty radical windchills, then for another batch of days, she gives us some nice weather just warm enough to thaw off the roads a little bit. I don't know about you, but are you just as eager for spring to come as I am?

Just fine.I was in International Falls on Tuesday. -15 when I got there at 10 AM. -12 right now in GF. I have to wait another day before I get that weather, unless something breaks at one of the jails in Western ND. Even worse was I was stuck inside for that last one while in Breainerd installing a new DVR system. It gets really screwy when I drive from one weather system to another. My work pickup has a 5 hour endurance on a full tank and with some of the long drives I have no idea how much warmer/cooler it is outside until I have to stop for fuel. One time It was -10 when I left home and by the time I hit South Dakota it was 25. I need to put in an In/Out thermometer.

I suppose Scott and Ashely wanting to be alone is a sort of nod to a certain upcoming holiday? Yuck. I just checked out the Weather Channel's website right now, and they say its 18F here currently. I was actually hoping for something a little better. But I don't think I'm in any position to be complaining. XD Also, this winter it seems I'm having a real problem with dry skin, and the worst thing is, we ran out of Goldbond.
