Whoops! I forgot to check the legibility of that. I work at such a big scale that those things will slip my mind from time to time.

It should be updated to be more legible shortly. In the meantime, it originally said "Old Halloween Costumes". Though, on the updated version, it will read simply "Halloween".

Both versions will be upside-down, by the way (which certainly doesn't help with the legibility).

Surely I can't be the only person that thought this, but...

"The Puma?! Seriously? He's a frickin' *cougar*. Mountain lion. Et cetera."

And then I actually looked it up and realised just how wrong I was. Ah well, every day you learn something new. I've been lagging behind a bit, so I guess "puma == mountain lion == cougar" is the New Thing of The Day.

Or maybe it's "don't read comics at quarter to midnight". I haven't decided yet

FINALLY, I get some time to post. I feel so late to the game when I can't get some free time to post until just before the next comic comes out. Long story short: Lightning + wiring and sophisticated electronics = $35,000 repair bill. (I'm doing the repairing, not the paying. Thankfully.)

Anyway, I have to say, I like the start. This is going to be very interesting to watch, especially with Sandusky likely narrating the whole time.

Several opportunities with the costume. I bet Sandusky is going to trip on the tie more than once and the cape is most defiantly going to end up over his head. Either by inertia, the wind, or a well placed box fan. The mask, eh, there will probably be something there.

It's going to be funny watching Sandusky do his Cougar high jump while he is pretending to be able to fly. Hopefully outside or else this story is going to be rather short and end with Sandusky getting his head stuck in the ceiling. I wonder if Bunker is going to be taking pot shots at him with a Nerf gun?

Freeze breath, x-ray vision, laser eyes, super strength, the list goes on and on with countless possibilities.

I wonder what is going to happen when the phone rings? (Pumaphone?) The person on the other end is obviously going to be very confused and wonder why they are being called "commissioner".

I wonder how Sandusky is going to morph a mop bucket into the "Pumamobile"?

Hmmmm, "PUUUUUUUUMASSSSS INNNNNN SPAAAAAAAACEEEEEEE." ;D

Meep, have not posted for a good while, been a busy kitty here with a roof replacement and computer repairs etc. (both my good desktops were simultaneously dead at the same time).

What comes to the the 'cheese slice arc', I can easily imitate Dusker by eating a kilo (~2.2 pounds) of candy in one day, it produces the just kind of sick and lethargic state. Though, I've been trying not to do that lately.
And I also use plenty of cheese, it's practically the only thing I use on bread, even though I believe I should use someting else as well.

Finally, the current arc reminds me of my feverish dreams when I've been down with flu - one can get really strange ideas then. But, nevertheless, world needs more furry superheroes... Catwoman el al are just poseurs. Arrival of the fire brigade might just fuel Dusker's fantasies,, as I surmise he might try to look for something 'superheroic' to do.

A quiver of cooking utensils? Is Bunker trying to be "Blue Raja" from the movie "Mystery Men"?

Personally, I would have loaded a paintball gun with Whoppers.

Of course it also reminds me of a saying I head Megatron use when I was younger, "When expecting a booby trap, send the boob in first." ;D

Is Bunker really calling Sandusky "Puma" or are we seeing things from Sanduskys point of view in the third frame?

At least everyone is in agreement in the 4th frame? ;D

Sorry I've been gone so long. Worked an 83 hour week last week in Deadwood SD, so I had no time to post. Work-ZZZZZ-work-ZZZZZ-etc. Being vague on the details and letting me loose in a historic building with a hammer drill sometimes gets interesting. (I'm never getting that bit back. )

Well it looks like Bunker is doing a relatively good job of keeping Sandusky out of "trouble" as Scott wanted. Unfortunately for Bunker that entails being a seat cushion. Scott is going to have to get Bunker plenty of ice cream.

It's cute seeing Sandusky taking the superhero cliches to absurd levels.

I really wonder if Siarra is going to get involved. Perhaps we will see how spry Sierra can be at dodging a cougar in a medicine haze. We have seen in the past that Sierra likes being competitive, perhaps she will use this opportunity to have some fun with Sandusky at his expense, and get back at him for that Noogie earlier. ;D
