I think Sierra is going to imagine herself some boxing gloves and see how well Bunker can imagine getting used as a punching bag. ;D
I was in theater for 12 years when I was younger. The best actrors were ones who were able to "become" the character. As the saying goes, a fine line between genius and insanity.

I suppose that is one way to get out of being the bad guy. ;D I don't think the cape is working out too well. Bunker looks a little weird as well, though perhaps you are going for that look?

'Boxing kangaroo', heh, that gives some funny mental images... and, I'm not dead, despite not having said anything for a long while here!  I've just been awfully busy with other pursuits, and I have not had any good comments in my mind in what comes to the latest storyline - nice to see Sedona and her cubs again, and I wonder if they're going to end up as "eternal youngsters" to give the others something cute to look at, while giving Dusker someones to play with.  Plus, I see there are new books to be had... cool! *goes to Indyplanet to see how they could potentially be ordered*. |

I think this is the first time both of the sisters have had an extended interaction-kind of humerous that it comes with one of them wearing a beak.

Ah Ha, "Canine Blasphemy" my foot. Bunker is clearly upset that Sierra is taking the initiative. Come on Bunker, nothing wrong with a little sibling competition. Lets see who has the better imagination. I have to say, Sierra makes a cute Cougar. ;D I also have to say, you must be working overtime to give us a comic every day John. Thanks a bunch. I'm going to be going through comic withdraw when you go back to 3 days a week.  |

I am laughing so hard at the look on Sierra's face right now. Siblings LOVE to find some way to irritate each other in a subtle way and Sierra has found it. ;D What's the matter Bunker? Just awhile ago you were complaining about needing to work on Sierra's imagination. Now that she has you don't seem to like it, what's going on? Looks like we are going to have a "Battle of the Birds II" on our hands soon. |

FINALLY, someone got the video camera. ;D
Sedona looked a little weird at first until I realized that she must be standing on top of something that we don't see in the "Imagination world".
The three cubs look absolutely perfect. Big grin on my face looking at how those three look. Going to be interesting to see those three go at it with the birds if they do it in character with "The Three Amigos." Those hats could either be an asset or a liability.
Sierra looks ready and Bunker has his typical, "I have no idea what's going on and I'm not sure this is a good idea" look on his face. We will see if he runs and hides when the birds get here.
Too bad Kashmir isn't here, he'd be greatly enjoying this. Scott will just have to send him a copy of the tape.

Hee, cougars everywhere! Sedona looks quite interesting, to say the least, in her winged garb. Not to mention Bunker's moustache, the top hats and bows... plus, the duo look rather peculiar due to the bulkiness introduced by the transformation, have to say there has been a better distinction between the different cast members lately in what comes that. Too bad Kashmir isn't here, he'd be greatly enjoying this. John will just have to send him a copy of the tape. Kashmir would make a great looking cougar, I think - or, since he's a feline already, I wonder if it would be necessary for him to change? Though, not that there aren't spotted cougars in the picture already. |

I'm liking the concept of the strip more and more.
For one thing, Sedona strongly reminds me of a gryffin-- very nice!
And i agree also that Bunker and Sierra are quite stylish as mountain lions-- to me it looks like they're like a very sylized cross between a mountain lion and a husky.
Also, one last thing... Kashmir would be an absolute riot if he were involved in all of this mayhem... he could be like the "Flash" or something. ;D

He sets out some bird seed, waits until a bunch start eating it, then comes at them full speed and sees how many he can take out. I've hit plenty of birds with my car, Kashmir shouldn't have any trouble. (Aside from the stopping issue. ;D) |

Hi, I'm new. But yesterday, I read all up to page 489 in about 4 hours at most... Heh, I know how that goes. Once you start you can't stop. I started reading John's work quite awhile ago, even then I went through significant comic withdrawl once I had read all the comics and had to wait for updates. Yet for some reason I never signed up for the message board until relatively recently.  I still don't know why, but it's great. Welcome on board and enjoy.  |
