Sierra looks so comfortable and content in the last panel, I wish I had a fan blowing on me right now. (I'm pretty hot right now, believe it or not. XD )

I usually try not to nitpick details like this but... Bunker's a rescue dog but Scott just happened to know about a guy named Duane selling husky-shep puppies that coincidentally is where Sierra came from? I'm also weirded out by the whole "he's hot for her" "it turns out she's his sister" "actually now she's not really his sister" thing. o.O

Xane, I understand the nitpicking. Things will make sense in time, but it's tough quickly to do at only two strips per week. Speaking of twice per week, the first one of the week will be late tomorrow. My parents are in town this weekend, and I just haven't had time to finish it. It should be up Monday night. Sorry!

It's as I feared. I was initially hoping that Bunker was given up to the Humane Society because his original family was no longer able to take care of him (EX, not having enough money to care for a pet, family emergency). But it turns out that he was a reject just like most cats a dogs. I'm not meaning to get personal or anything, John. But how do your family members like your parents react to your comic strip and your artwork?

Ah, it was all an act to start with.
Actually this seems kind of evil, even if done with good intentions. Especially considering Bunker's reaction to being lied to. I'll have to wait and see if Sierra was in on the act or not. Huskies can be pretty vindictive. Scott and Ashley might want to watch their backs!
But yes, a very sad thing for a talking dog to find out he was unwanted and unloved. At least our regular dogs are usually just happy to have a family when they're re-adopted.

So, Sandusky wanted an extra turkey leg every night, eh? I wonder how Scott's budget would have held up after that.

So, Sandusky wanted an extra turkey leg every night, eh? I wonder how Scott's budget would have held up after that. Easy, Scott just switched Sandusky's regular food bowl for a smaller one and give him less regular food to make up for the turkey leg. That's what we did for Patch to get him to lose some weight.

Oh yes, looks like the catnip Bunker gave Sandusky is kicking in. /Catnip, is there any problem you can't solve.

Seeing monkeys in trees...? Once... for just once, I wish I could be a feline of ANY kind so I could experience that grandeur of being completely nipped out of it.

Wowza... either ol' Dusker is very hungry, on a nip trip or possibly a combination of both.
