Wowza... either ol' Dusker is very hungry, on a nip trip or possibly a combination of both. Bunker got Sandusky thinking about food. Sorry Sandusky, you'd need to make food for someone besides yourself to be a butcher. Whoppers-N-Steak? Meh, not sure how well that would go.

Aw, that last line is so sweet. This is why cats can be so mean and aggressive. Your kitty loves you, it's just against the cat code to admit it! ;D

You sweet mountain lion, you REALLY do care about Bunker!" ;D Sandusky sure seems to be rubbing this whole "pound dog" dilemma in, isn't he?

Aw, that last line is so sweet. This is why cats can be so mean and aggressive. Your kitty loves you, it's just against the cat code to admit it! ;D Reminds me of by brothers cats, Ender and Bean, they will suddenly just go at each other and then just as quickly stop fighting and go back to sitting in my lap purring as if nothing happened. Just a different "culture" I guess. Sandusky sure seems to be rubbing this whole "pound dog" dilemma in, isn't he? I think he's just pointing out that Bunker is loved even though everyone, except Sierra and him, knew he was a "pound dog". He is in a good home now so he should stop worrying about his old home since there is nothing he can do about that.

Plus, it seems that he has no memory of his early life at his old house. But perhaps that is a blessing in disguise, what if, as a very young pup, Bunker had to go through neglect and abuse? It's not very pleasant to think about, I know, but those kinds of memories would not be worth recalling if I were a dog or a cat.

It's one thing to go for the low-hanging fruit. It's another to go for it in such a hilarious way. ;D Merry Christmas to everyone.

Today's comic seemed pretty on the mark. I've gotten so I don't wish Merry Christmas to anyone unless I either know they celebrate it or they say it first. Merry Christmas anyway!
I liked Sandusky's Elvis impersonation. Pretty funny.
The first dog we had when I was a kid was from the pound. She was (probably) a German Shepherd and was a wise, wonderful, and sweet dog.

Ah, so true of both children and pets.
The Grand Canyon. This should be fun. My bet is that Sandusky will get to the bottom and want to take a nap. ;D

The Grand canyon, eh? I remember going there with my family when I was finished with seventh grade. (We had flown into Vegas on Allegiant Airlines out of Bismarck, it was a fun trip. ) Something tells me that Sandusky may be in for more than a "nap" once they reach the Grand Canyon.
